Linda
LaundraLinda
spent 12 years in Daytime
Television where she was an Emmy nominated producer and director, first
on CBS's "The Guiding Light", then NBC's "Another World" and ABC's "All
My Children." Her TV directing has also been seen on NBC's "Homicide."
She and David co-founded The Writers Theatre, which developed new plays
and adaptations in NYC for 17 years. Continuing as a team, they
produced and directed the award-winning short film "Jean" and have
numerous film and TV projects in development.
David
LaundraDavid has been acting in NYC on
stage and screen for over 30 years. Notably, HBO's "OZ", NBC's
"Homicide", Fox's "The Jury", UPN's "The Beat" and all New York based
soap operas. His voice has been heard on Books on Tape, commercial
voice overs and as an announcer. He has often blended the technical
with the artistic, serving as TD for 26 episodes of "The New York
Theater Review" on PBS. He has taught film and TV production at the New
York Institute of Technology, directed for stage and screen and team
teaches with Linda at Stonestreet Studios, a Conservatory of NYU's
Drama Department.
